Frequently Asked Questions

Each recipe lists the number of servings it contains, so you can serve as few or as many people as you’d like and save any leftovers for lunch another day. Recipes are easy to double if needed.

Meal plans are saved in your member dashboard. From there, they can be accessed online or printed.

Delivery services provide you with prepackaged food to either prepare yourself or to reheat and serve. They are not designed with gut health in mind, and typically cost more than Meal Planning Pro. We tried to find a “Goldilocks” solution by offering a wide range of meals to choose from so you can just grab the groceries, follow the recipes, and have delicious meals on the table every night.

Whether it’s mushrooms or olives, everyone has at least one ingredient they just plain don’t like. That’s why members get access to our handy substitution guide (linked in the member portal). If a recipe calls for something you just refuse to eat, you’ve got options!

Our recipes are designed to be balanced sources of protein, carbohydrates, fiber, and fat. You’re welcome to use them in the way that serves you best. Listen to your body, to your hunger and fullness cues, and utilize swaps where needed to fuel yourself in the way that feels best for your unique needs.

Totally. If you want to serve 4 people and a recipe only has 2 servings, all you need to do is double the recipe.

We have a resource specifically designed to help you figure out your caloric needs here. We also provide ideas to increase your caloric intake if needed, including snacks and portion adjustments. Detailed nutritional information for each recipe is available for members.
