Gen La Rocca

Chef

Chef Gen is a professionally trained recipe developer and culinary school graduate. She launched her recipe site, Two Cloves Kitchen, in 2021. She holds a holistic chef certification and offers 1:1 culinary & health coaching through genlarocca.com.

But before that, there was a lifetime of challenges with gut health. Diagnosed with IBS as a child, she was told by doctors that symptom management was her only option. For over 30 years, she endured pain, discomfort, low energy, and mood challenges, searching for solutions that could truly make a difference.

She was diagnosed with SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) in her 30s and underwent many rounds of treatment to manage it. She has continued to work with her dietitian to actively heal her gut and improve her life.

She is now focused on sharing information and healthy recipes to boost gut health so that everyone can benefit from a way of eating that will support their wellness goals.

Kaytee Hadley

MS, RDN, IFMCP, CPT

Kaytee, “The Anti-IBS Dietitian,” is dedicated to spreading the message that IBS is B.S.! As a functional medicine dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity, she dispels the myth that gut issues are a lifetime sentence that “you just have to live with”.

She has been featured in Forbes, Yahoo, Better Homes & Garden, and AARP and is the founder of Holistic Health and Wellness. She helps people all over the world get rid of symptoms for good by finding and addressing the root causes and rebalancing the gut microbiome using the all-natural 5R Approach.

Sophia Deahl

MS, RDN

Sophia Deahl is a registered dietitian and owner of Collective Wellness, a functional nutrition private practice. An advocate for ‘food as medicine’ and lifestyle medicine, Sophia supports clients 1:1, guiding clients them optimal health by addressing the underlying root-cause with a holistic approach. With a background in Nutrition, Healthspan, Longevity, and Psychology, clients experience a total body transformation in not only their body but also their minds.

In her program, Sophia utilizes functional testing and therapeutic dietary interventions to bring balance back to the body when necessary, with the ultimate goal of promoting an 80/20 mentality to foster a healthy relationship with food and body image. Sophia also does speaking engagements and is a consultant for brands and companies with over 6 years of experience in brand partnership and marketing.
